“I have been ordering from here for dinner where I work. We all aty work enjoy the pizza & appetizer. I ordered a Chicken Ceasar salad, a small BLT pizza & an Italian Beef with giardiniera with a side of adjustable. Well my coworker told me she only received 1 small Ceasar dressing for the salad (2 or 3 for the salad would have it nicely covered), Italian Beef was a fully disappointment. I would NEVER recommend that at all. The menu for the Italian Beef is NOT true at all. The menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT", well I received more giardiniera then meat. When I called she told me that it was 6ozs. of meat that all beefs get. I can tell you as a former line cook that packaged Italian Beef that what I received was NOT 6ozs since I packaged 7ozs of Italian Beef. I DO NOT recommend the Italian Beef at all. I was excited to get the be since all I heard was good things but when I received it and looked at the sandwich it was giardiniera with very little Italian Beef and I received 2 large containers of auju. I was really DISAPPOINTED on the sandwich and the answer that they gave me. If your menu says "NOW WITH MORE MEAT" 6ozs is not enough. It was a GIARDINIERA sandwich with Italian beef... Other pizza I will not order anything else. VERY DISAPPOINTED.... Pictures will be posted...“

“Everything was amazing. To start the pizza is ??????. I get their half cheese and half pepperoni and it is the best pizza I have ever had, and that is saying a lot because I don’t really like pizza. Their service is generally fast but you can’t eat in the pizza place, it is takeout or delivery.“

“We ordered a catering package from Papa Saverios in Crystal Lake for Mother's day and the food was outstanding. Our package included the Italian beef, mostaccioli, fried chicken and swapped out the garden salad tray for their chopped salad (for an extra cost) but was so happy they were able to accommodate us. Everyone commented on how good the food was especially and surprisingly the fried chicken. It came crispy, moist and delicious. We will continue to do our catering with them! “We used to come here every time we traveled through the area and actually go out of our way to go there. We used to live in the area. I was always impressed on how the man behind the counter could remember the orders and not write them down. The food was always great. We were there recently and it seems they changed owners? The Italian beef is still good, I ordered a Chicago hotdog. There was no poppyseed bun and way too much mustard so that the bun fell apart. The hot dog itself didn’t taste the same either.They used to have booths with soft seats which were nice for elderly people. All they have now are long tables and small bar stools to sit on which was an option before. Hard to be comfortable. It’s a different person taking orders. I was disappointed and we probably won’t go out of our way to come back.“

“I visited Casey’s both on Tuesday, March 18 and Friday, March 21, 2025. Similar to a lot of places in Crystal Lake, this was one of the places I first experienced downstate and was glad to see get brought back to my city. This location is not new by any means and I’ve been here many times I just have not left a review yet and I like to try and leave a review to most places I go. On Tuesday I got pizza slices and it was HUGE and tasted really good. On Friday we got gas and we were blown away by how inexpensive it was for us. Was very impressed and I’m sure we will be back sometime soon!“

He explained things I was unsure of with ease and politeness and I appreciated his customer service above and beyond; especially after the day I had. “We went here last night for Singo and what a great time! There was about 40 people playing and it was soooo fun!!! The food here is OUTSTANDING! They have a limited menu of flatbreads and sliders! Don’t be fooled by the limited options. They offer all types of flatbreads and sliders! Delicious!!
The 2 girls that run this, Tara and Kenzie, are fantastic!!! These 2 did everything from cooking to bartending to serving! The service was top notch!
