“Dave and I had breakfast while getting tires and an oil change next door. The service was prompt, the food came out fast, and the portions were huge! It was so delicious! Glad to know I will be getting my oil change and eating here on a regular basis 😊“

“I've been a Steak 'n Shake customer for 57 years. Their decision to stop in restaurant service (waite staff) was an extreme turnoff for me. It was hit or miss whether or not the self-service order stations worked. Tables needed to be cleaned, and there was debris under tables.
I used the drive up at my last visit. The line moved at a respectful speed. My order was correct and HOT. The one drawback was the drink. There was a huge SOLID chunk of ice that filled the cup and prevented me from inserting the straw plus only about 4oz of soda.“
