Food was good, but service was not great. I've been to several other Saltgrass Steak Houses and they've always been good. The rattlesnake bites are to die for. Best item on the menu. The wedge salad was great (the balsamic dressing is different and great on this wedge with lots of Bleu cheese). The steak was just warm (butter wouldn't melt). We arrived at restaurant at reservation time, hostess was not real friendly she seemed annoyed that she had to seat us. Was not impressed with menu choices. But when we received food it wasn't too bad. The server was slow even though she had only 2 tables. Every time we asked for something it took forever to get. And somethings asked for twice and never received them. Server also was telling table next to us how she had a one night stand and got pregnant. Just seemed a little...read full review
I ordered my steak medium well came back. Bloody raw sent it back. Came back barely cooked again. Waitress asked me how it was. I told her doable but I wasn't happy. Never got a refill. This is the fourth time I've ate there. The other times are fantastic. This last time was so disappointing.
