Excellent customer experience and over the top service. I've always loved El Coral, but today was exceptional. I asked our server if the chips were friend (maybe a dumb question) because I'm doing a challenge where I'm not eating friend foods for 75 days. He said no problem he can have the kitchen bake me some chips and brought them right out! The food is always excellent and this just made my day!
It took over 20 minutes just to get anyone to come to my table. This was after waiting over 7 minutes at the door just to be seated. The same guy who seated me had to get my drink for me. Eventually over 25 minutes later, after I had to get his attention again, he finally took my order. The food did come out in less than 5 minutes and was delicious but I pay more attention to customer service.
