As per usual, I was incredibly hungry, so I got the double prime rib burger and a chicken sandwich with cheese. Hands down - AGAIN - your employees showed up on how to take care of customers. Rita was sweet, kind, and as she would like for me to say what I said to her, "You Effing Rock with your Effing Customer Service, You sweet, amazing Effing Gorgeous Person." Mind you, I DID say all of this after saying that I have "colorful language." Rita gave me the blessing to post this on her behalf. So, you're effing customer service at the Boeke location in Evansville, IN has amazing customer service and should be given a raise for the intense jobs that they do. “Lloyd did a wonderful job despite my previous experience he made everything right and made me feel like someone cared thanks Lloyd. Lloyd is the best thing this Hardee's has going for themselves. He is polite and caring unlike that Frank he is rude curses at the customers and the employees I come there 4 or 5 times a week because I work late nights but after Frank cursed at me I said I wouldn't come anymore until Lloyd called me to make things better and I will definitely be back but only when Lloyd is working. Keep up the good work Lloyd you a strong and you care about making your customers happy every restaurant needs someone like you but Frank needs to go once again I can't say it enough Thanks Lloyd“
