I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the past couple years, a couple times a week for lunch. Not once have I had a wrong order or missing item. They always have my order ready to go when I arrive. The workers are all very nice and welcoming. The store is very clean and put together.

Would have been nice if they didn't dump the croutons crumbs on my sandwich. Also, the delivery charge at first said $3 and then I was charged $4. $15 for a sandwich and a large drink. (The chips were free because I had a reward.)

I love Jimmy Johns! The staff are nice. The location is convenient to those downtown but if you try to go during peak times and are driving there it can be difficult to find parking close by.
