I have been going to this Jimmy Johns for the past couple years, a couple times a week for lunch. Not once have I had a wrong order or missing item. They always have my order ready to go when I arrive. The workers are all very nice and welcoming. The store is very clean and put together.

yes I recommend I had a small problem and the GM made sure that she went beyond helping me to fix a situation I will continue to patronize Jimmy John's especially the location I go to on merchant Street in Decatur Illinois which is downtown location thank you
