Was just at kreckles in Forsyth at 11 , took 20 minutes to get my food got home and I had ordered a triple meal and a double meal get back home it had 1 fry and 2 singles , tried to call and nobody answered the phone , basically wasted 20 something dollars
Super disappointed in the staff here, but maybe it's a reflection on management, I'm not sure. I have ALWAYS loved this place, until today. My son ordered a double cheeseburger and they must have misunderstood what he wanted on it, and instead of saying, "We're sorry, let us fix it", the mouthy girl behind the counter just wanted to argue about what we ordered. I'm been a customer for many years. I new Bill Krekls all thoses years. We was neighbors and friends. He was a hard worker and make the best hamburgers ever. The first building open back in the 60s and was on 1200 block Eldorado st. He live 1300 block next door to us. I'm glad to say your food is good and the hamburgers are the best from the one on Oakland St. That open before the one on 51. Take right person to make Bill Krekls hamburgers. And 51 your are.
