This location is always so rude! And what’s with charging for a cup of dressing on carry-out orders? Does Monical’s charge these kids out of their own pocket for these condiments? This location really could use some Customer Service training. Their co-workers at the two other locations in our area could really teach them a thing or two.
I would like to show our love and gratitude for our waitress, Delaney. She was instantly overwhelmed with two parties with an excess of 45 people at the same time. Not not to mention the store was short staffed for an out of the ordinary visit of this many patrons to one waitress. Despite the ugly remarks from the other party, which was totally uncalled for, and a crashing computer system, she still had a smile on her face and rushed around to make sure we all had a fantastic...
Average monical experience. This one was a little chilly, but the food is as good as I expected it to be and reasonably priced.
