I was in the contactless pickup lane for 40 minutes AFTER my pizza was supposed to be ready. I worked a 12 hour shift today with no break and just wanted something quick and simple. I never even made it to the window. After 40 minutes of being there, I called the store twice, no answer. Then I got through to corporate headquarters who transferred me. I waited so long on there that it recalled. Then they finally got me on a three way call with the manager. Aubrey.
