I wanted to leave a positive review for the young lady who was working multiple stations around 1:12 PM today. Despite being extremely busy, she remained professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service. I believe her name was Kalisi (I apologize if I have that wrong).

Bro tell me why it took 10mins to wait for a frappe. I got the rest of my food immediately but then we as asked to park and had to wait an extra 10mins for my drink. If your machine isn't working I'd rather you guys say it so I can order a different drink, or I don't know don't park people if youre going to forget about them. ALL three spots plus the window were occupied while we waited. There are other mcdonalds to go to. What the absolute hell.
