“I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for a while, and it’s heartbreaking to see how much things have changed recently. The baristas here are some of the nicest people, and they always try their best, but the store is severely understaffed. It’s clear that they’re under a lot of pressure—there have been multiple times when you can tell they’ve been crying or are just completely worn out.
The store itself is in rough shape, too. The registers are constantly breaking, and just today, the lights were flickering non-stop. It feels like the entire place is falling apart. Starbucks corporate really needs to step in and fix this—these hardworking employees deserve functioning equipment and a better work environment. Honestly, they should unionize to make sure corporate addresses these issues and gives them the support they need.
I miss the smiles and the warm atmosphere that used to make this place so inviting. Now, the stress is so heavy you can feel it as soon as you walk in. The baristas can’t even muster a simple “How are you?” anymore because they’re so overwhelmed. They deserve better than this.“
“Other locations have had their drive thru closed consistently. Visited this one as my week has been tough and I was needing a pick me up. Lilly was so kind and compassionate. Offered my dog a pupcup, which he fully appreciated. It's the little acts of kindness that gets you through the days. Thanks Lilly!“
