“This women needs a raise. Our second time having a great experience with her going WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND! We ordered 7 items and after we received it and pulled away about to turn into Milwaukee ave. There was a fast, loud knocking on our back window and Shamen(on receipt) SPRINTED TO OUR CAR to give us our forgotten item. Of all the restaurants and drive thru we’ve been to, never have we had such an amazing service and kindness. She deserves a raise for working very hard and going way above and beyond even in stressful work environments. Thank you very much for your service Shamen. We will sure be coming back<3“
“There’s a really friendly new employee there that greats me so well every time. I will ask for her name next time. I love their Crispanadas!!!! I usually order on the app in the parking lot because I have anxiety about making modifications to their menu items in person but they always make it right! Thanks Taco Bell for your service and satisfying my late night munchies :)
