“Roberto is literally the heart and soul of this Taco Bell location. He is the kindest and sweetest person, and he knows his regulars by name. He always greets me with the biggest smile and a fist bump. I saw him today for the first time in a while and before I even announced myself, he expressed that he missed seeing me in the drive through.
The food is pretty good too, and they don’t mess up my orders very often, that’s a plus. But honestly, aside from the fact that it’s the closest Taco Bell to where I live, Roberto is who keeps me coming back there. To be frank, if he was at the Vernon Hills or other Mundelein location, I’d drive the extra miles to get service from him.“
“Good place, come here a lot
Don't order before 10am on the app thou
They aren't functioning yet,
They honor your order from the app and will typically give you a free soda while you wait. For them to get up and running“
