Roberto is literally the heart and soul of this Taco Bell location. He is the kindest and sweetest person, and he knows his regulars by name. He always greets me with the biggest smile and a fist bump. I saw him today for the first time in a while and before I even announced myself, he expressed that he missed seeing me in the drive through.
