Everything from the Jerk chicken , Jerk chicken Alfredo and all the side dishes are delicious. “PLEASE!! ! Take your money somewhere else! This place is a complete ripoff for MEDIOCRE food! How do you advertise something as a “ dinner” and then have the AUDACITY to charge people for rice and peas. That is soo absurd! It’s extremely expensive for trash food and rude service. “This is the very 1st Jerk restaurant where EVERYTHING was good and fresh. I had oxtails, jerk chicken, cabbage, Mac and Cheese, yams, peas and rice, and plantain. My Ma had a full dark jerk chicken dinner as well. The Mac and cheese was seasoned to perfection and cheesy as ever (no egg; baked). The yams not overly sweet, jerk chicken just right. The cabbage is consistently good. Only disappointment was the size oxtail they give is small. (4 little pieces and 2 big. Thats everywhere though) EVERYTHING was hot, and did I say fresh?? glad it's right around my Mas house. I'll be eating here much more often!!“

“I’m bias because this is my neighborhood jerk but to be fair all my jerk dinners have been on point. Rice and peas are a solid base and the spice of the sauce is the best compliment. Even the mac is even decent. Don’t have to trust me - Not like I’ve ever gone anywhere.“

“I came in last night (03/14/25) before hitting the highway to head home, Food was AMAZING ! The only downside was I purchased the 2 meat + 2 side + an extra side & only received one of my meats. Total was almost $30. Didn’t realize until I was already home 2hrs away eating my meal. I received my jerk chicken, but not my stew meat (I think that’s what it’s called). I was the lady with the baby sitting down. I will say that buddy was back there doing all the work himself and that line kept piling up, so I get it. 😩 I just would've loved to have tasted the other meat & that mean my leftovers (that I’m eating rn) would be bigger 👏🏽🤣 lol“

“The food was delicious. I didn't take any pics unfortunately. I had the meat combo with oxtails and jerk wings with cabbage. Everything tasted so good. I can't wait to go back and try more food items. I am glad someone told me about this place. I got lucky. The prices are a plus.“

“Ok so I want to preface this by saying, this would’ve been a 5 star review HAD my rice not been crunchy and weird in chunks. Otherwise that food was absolutely divine. The service was awesome and other than the rice, I can tell that they put lots of love and time into their food but they should really consider updating the ambiance of the restaurant. Doesn’t make you want to sit and eat unfortunately. What they might fail to realize, is that if someone sits to eat there, they order more. They will almost ALWAYS get drinks and possibly dessert. They will get their investment back. Food for thought. The curried goat was honestly the best I’ve ever had. Awesome and hot beef Patties, flavorful and juicy chicken. No issues…but that damn rice! Lol“

“I LOVE the Oxtail with red beans and rice, Candy yam and plantain dinner. They give you more then enough and it is cooked and seasoned to perfection. Love this restaurant and highly recommend them!!!“

“We got the chicken dinners and the chicken Alfredo. Everything was delicious and I am going back again. Even tho they gave us the wrong order when we picked up our food, they let us keep the other food. We were only blocks away and people make mistakes. The OX tail was delish and the mac n cheese was addicting. Highly recommend for something new. If your sick of the same old thing you gotta check this place out!!“

“Do you put sugar in your cabbage?? If so, you should stop! Ordered oxtails and a double side of cabbage. Oxtails were good, but the cabbage was too mushy, much softer than I prefer and taste sweet! 😞 I’ll try something different next time.“
