Super polite and attentive employees I haven’t had Dunkin for 2 weeks as there were none and the girl made my coffee EXACTLY HOW I ASKED FOR IT!!!! Couldn’t have had a better experience after having to go elsewhere for the past 2 weeks thank u!!
I don't want to say I'm a coffee snob but if I am in town I am always grabbing a coffee from somewhere. Dunkin coffee isn't at the top of my favorite list but the customer service this store has is amazing! They are so friendly and I have never had an order wrong or when I end up having my order door dashed everything is packaged and handled with care.
First time coming to Dunkin Donuts in Dixon. I did order the hazelnut iced coffee large size which was $3.99 and in the app I seen is was 3.19. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese but they did not have any so I had a order of the Sesame bagel with strawberry cream cheese instead. Bagel was good, but I'd rather have the cinnamon raisin bagel. The hazelnut iced coffee is way better flavor than McDonald's iced hazelnut iced coffee.
