Wendy's drive-thru service was quick, but the food was only lukewarm. The staff seemed fair but not overly friendly. The frosty, fries, and chili were fresh, and the atmosphere was nice for a chat. However, the chicken sandwich seemed to have been sitting out, with a dry bun and warm but not crispy chicken. The unhappy staff and lack of friendliness left a disappointing experience, with room for improvement in service quality.
