“Was recommended this restaurant from a friend. The maple tree and did not disappoint. Made a reservation online easy. Their menu is awesome, simple and delicious. Crab cake was perfect! Our dinner was fantastic. We had trout and shrimp. They have the best banana pudding over crème brûlée. The coffee for an end cap was out of this world good!“

“Me, my sister and my fav cousin seen this place on tiktok and decided to check them out. The drive from outwest Illinois to outsouth was worth it and will come back again. My ONLY ick is the cut of the ribtip they gave me. I like fat more than lean and my order had mostly end lean pieces.... The prices are decent and they are NOT stingy with the food. One more ICK only can pops that are over priced.“

“I got some rip tips and collard greens from here. Omg. The best I’ve had. You can taste the smoky flavor and the meat melts in your mouth it’s so tender. “This is my favorite place to eat , great prices , they have items on the menu that u can’t get anywhere else like the pork tenderloin dinner , it’s huge, double pork chop dinner around 20 bucks take you all day to eat it . Cowboy ribeye on the weekends is great ! I think I’ve been there like 25 times , staff is nice , owners are good people , they treat me like a regular“

“Excellant tasting food, and I was a Sous Chef at Chez Paul in the early eighties . I totally know my mixtures and taste relation! This establishment has it together. God Bless the retired Fireman and Police officer! There is no better tasting Rib House around the South Side than 911 ! GENTLEMEN the rib tips are heavenly!?“

“I see so many mixed reviews here. My experience was just 06/17/25; I had been wanting to try the Alsip location. I never go right away when a new restaurant opens, I let them get the “kinks” worked out first. Alsip has been open for quite sometime; and I just had my 1st visit 06/17/25. I was greeted immediately ✅; ordered my food as a carry out; very pleasant staff✅; ordered 1 meat, 1 side; when I got home, and ate my food; it was DELICIOUS ✅😋. I had pulled pork, and the mac & cheese. I’ll be back again“

“Let me start off by saying, I rock with this place!! I’ve been going for years since the smaller location. The customer service on this experience was HORRIBLE!! I asked for extra sauce on my Jumbo tip and link combo, small turkey tip, and 6 wings ($55). When the cashier relayed the request to the lady who was preparing the food she got a real crappy attitude like I was asking for too much. I guess because they were almost closing. I asked her what she said and she went all off. “I wasn’t talking to you I was talking to her!” I asked what her name was and she refused to give it to me. No name tags present or I wouldn’t have asked. Then she directed me to the manager who was also preparing food for any concerns that I may have. I asked the manager Nivia Battle (I think that’s what she said) was she required to give me her name. She said no. Her attitude was crappy as well. Just negative energy behind the glass. Except for the cashier. I also told the that they need to improve their customer service and that I WILL BE BACK!! I have no complaints about my order at all. Food was great!!! They just need to get someone back there that’s actually going to do their job without being so nasty.“

“I have eaten at a lot of Longhorns across the whole country. This one was like all the others. The service was good. Friendly smiles from the staff and the food came out perfectly. The only thing I may say, the pacing of the food was a little fast. When I got my bread, salad, and my water at the same time. Shortly after I got done with my salad my bowl was picked up and was checked on. So staff was tentative.“

“Was quiet when we stopped in around lunch time, but the food was excellent. My guy had the Brisket and I had the 2 PC catfish they both came with fries and bread. Our waiter's name was Jason, he was pleased we were pleased!! We also ordered mac n cheese. We paid about $40 before the tip. Good time“

“Looking for a fun place to take my staff for lunch. Decided to try Wilma’s bbq (former tilted kilt space) It was really good……as with any bbq place it’s all about the sauce. We ordered a couple of lunch specials (tips & wings) ad a seafood platter (shrimp & perch)
Everything came with fries, slaw and our server Ashley brought tons of ketchup & sauce. Highly recommend“
