I went there Thursday...I got a large hot coffee.. when I got to my car. I realized it wasn't hot at all. I did not feel like going back in, I'm dealing with sciatica,, it's very painful so I called the restaurant,,I talked to the manager and told him my coffee☕ is not hot at all..well that manager was sooooo
Sweet he brought me a fresh hot cup of coffee out to me“

“I frequent this place often. Never had any problems with customer service. The food is good, but today, I don't know what they were trying to serve me. They had to see it when they put this on the sandwich. What in the world is this?!?!“

“I had a good experience with this white castle. I went thru the drive thru the service was fast and the employees were on there game very fast, friendly, and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to go there.“

“It was ok.. I went in speaking, and nobody even said hello or welcome. They were all in their own world. Customers do feel welcome when there is a simple hello. Also, I ordered a biggie with bacon and had no bacon. Although the good was alright. It was clean in there.“

“Was in Chicago and ordered this on doordash tbh for a late night treat. Had a steak sandwich. These lil pizza puff things, fries and a lemonade. Wasn’t too bad. Sandwich was good. Fries were solid. Really good lemonade. Was a good treat before bed.“

“I really like the burgers. They are way better and don't cost an arm and a leg like that other burger place in Highland. Everyone that works there seems friendly. My waitress, Karen, was super fast and seemed really nice.“

“I recommend BEEF POLISH w Everything! If you like hot/spicy also eat the peppers!
No other place like this place down here in Dolton or near NWI makes it like this place!
I hate hotdogs but beef polish is a different story!
100% Recommend.
Only Cash.
4-6 pm beef polish is cheaper.
Also for every order you get free FRIES.
Also if the white polish guys are there they definitely taste much better and I could tell because I’ve been here so many times. When I’m in Chicago I go to Jim’s Original. When I’m down here I only go to JJ Sausage.“
