Food is usually good but the woman at the front register is so busy she will not open the window after she has given u your food and even if your car is sitting there. So if you are missing something or need mustard or ketchup you will have to wait until the person behind you honks to get their order.
This white castle provides good food. Friendly and effective customer service, even when swamped.The biggest downside: it's located in a rougher part of town near Chicago. When I was there, the police had their speed trap set up there, they had a security guard outside the restaurant doors, plus a nearby cash advance business and other signs of poverty.
