“Fresh ingredients, sushi isn’t overstuffed with rice. Great flavors and variety. Digital menu needs to list the ingredients of each sushi without having to click on each one- a lot of back and forth and trying to remember it all 😅. Otherwise fairly quick service. Good deal on the AYCE.”

We were drawn to the thoughtfully created menus - rotations of unique menus that tell a story via the tastes of places; as well as the dietary options (vegan, gluten free, etc) that make it accessible and tasty for all. The tea and food were amazing, the shop is so cute, and the staff were so kind. A great experience all around!”

“well I had the pleasure to work here today, and even though it was court related I am so wanting and willing to help again on my own! its amazing that there are places and people who are out here in the world that we live in that care so much for others when mostly the people we have in our lives don't bother to try. “Stayed at the doubletree hotel and was very pleasantly surprised how great the food was at Osteria Italian restaurant. We dined here two nights in a row because it was so delicious. Julio our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Made our first evening at the restaurant memorable. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and Caesar salad. It was wonderful. I had plenty of leftovers and can’t wait to enjoy the other half when I get home. My husband ordered rigatoni with chicken and the soup of the day. He had plenty left over for another meal also. Had two Tiramisu martinis and unfortunately ran out of room for dessert. The second night we sat in the bar for happy hour. Joey, the manager remembered us and made us feel like we were friends dining at his home. Handsome gentleman and incredibly friendly. Tony the bartender managed a full bar of people yet was very available to take our order. Happy hour is a great deal with $7 martinis and affordable large appetizers. Luckily we saved room to share a piece of Tiramisu. Absolutely divine. Can’t wait for our next visit to Chicago to dine here again. Highly recommended.”

“Barrelman's Room is my go-to place on a Friday or Saturday night when I want delicious cocktails and cozy ambiance so I can actually talk to my friends & hear each other. It's usually pretty easy to get a table, the staff is helpful with recommendations and I love the "secret" feel of it. I recommend it to anyone who wants a night out without a long line or wait. You won't be disappointed!”

“We had a private 70th Birthday at the Downer’s Grove location last weekend The food (buffet) was great, and the service was top notch. Our server Rocky and his team were on top of every detail. Our 55 guests were taken care of like we were family. I’d highly recommend this restaurant for your events!”

“Matilde was superb, we was really help and attentive. The breakfast was great, portions where over the top, can not imagine anyone eating a full plate(s). Two eggs were really 5 eggs at a normal restaurant!! Highly recommend.”

“My husband and I celebrated valentines day early today, I made reservations online which was extremely easy and even had add on options like rose petals on the table! Super cute idea! Ended up having to change reservations due to snow and that was also super easy done online! Our first ever experience at the melting pot and upon arrival the hostess were very welcoming and our sever/waiter was friendly and informative while explaining how everything works. We chose the big dinner for 2 which was a 4 course meal. The spinach artichoke cheese fondue was prepared right infront of us and was absolutely delicious!! The meats and broth were also surprisingly delicious (i was skeptical just boiling my meats, but the flavors soaked into the meats and veggies perfectly seasoning them!) Then onto the chocolate, we chose the turtle chocolate, Carmel and candied pecans. We were almost maxed out but made out way through! 10/10 overall we will be returning customers for sure. Walking out about to leave the owner Mike asked introduced himself and thanked us for dining and made sure our experience was what we expected! Oh, and lastly whoever decided to put candied pine nuts on a Cesar salad is a genius!!!”

“Lunch is 16.99 which includes a beverage dinner 24.99 this last visit was second time patronizing this restaurant and was a bit disappointed. Main dishes remained empty for my entire visit. The hibachi is available however for lunch. Fruit station looked fresh. There isbsome sushi avail both lunch and dinner.”

Friendly staff and a cozy, welcoming vibe made our visit memorable—and a great shared treat.”

“The bartender was really helpful and friendly. Even with a full bar, he took his time to make some recommendations and gave me his full attention while talking to me. The beer selection is really good. They also have beer available for sale.

“First visit to Angelo's Pizza, got a Chicago thin with pepperoni, hamburger, pepperoncini, and garlic...best pizza I've ever had, and I've been to numerous Chicagoland and east coast parlors. This will now be a mandatory stop each time I visit Chicago, and the free parking garage with ample space virtually next door makes this an easy choice. Thank you to the hard working pizza crafters and friendly staff. Wow. Amazing!”

Went back second time with a relative, got the shrimp diablo......should have taken the server's advice about the heat, but I didn't, therefore I suffered 🥲 the consequence......she was awesome though and had the heat taken down for me. Owner came out to greet guests and was super sweet. This place is a hidden jewel that has some of the best Mexican food in the area. I would say take my word for it, but being that you probably don't know me, don't take my word for it, go try it for yourself!!”

“Five Guys lived up to their reputation. Tuesday, 5/15/18, was my first time at the Downers Grove location. That Bacon Cheese Burger was great. Just as expected from the many Chicago locations in the past. The two young men on duty offered service with smiles.”

“This is the best Starbucks around! The baristas here are very knowledgeable of the menu and how to properly add espresso to cold or frozen drinks without compromising the temperature of the drink! This is the only Starbucks within a 10 mi radius that can make the drink I like correctly! I go out of my way to come to this location for their delicious coffee and other drinks! The customer service demonstrated here is phenomenal!”

“Great employees! As I was leaving the Starbucks at target I dropped my original drink and having two small children with me I didn’t want to drag them back into the store to get a replacement. I called this Starbucks on the off chance that they’d replace it (since it has a drive through I wouldn’t have to get everyone out of the car) and they said it wasn’t a problem! They replaced my drink free of charge and were very caring throughout the transaction. Thank you Sam! And all the other Starbucks employees!”
