Did a pickup order. For some reason they didn't have my food over to pickup but that's fine. Guess the manager saw me waiting and got them to to give it to me. The food Wasn't bad. Maybe 7/10 for Italian beef. Fries 8/10. Cakeshake was 9/10. I was just expecting more flavor for the Italian beef for the price.
Grandson’s teacher in VA insisted we come here. I am from Chicago, but grew up eating elsewhere. So, to make the grandkids happy , we came here. I got the Italian beef and sausage. Wife got the polish sausage. We split the lemon cake. Overall, not bad. Pretty tasty dipped Italian beef. The beef was pretty bland though. I like salty beef. Polish sausage had a nice snap. The fries were good. Could have been hotter with more salt. At least they had some salt. So...
For my first time I was pleased. My salad was prepared exactly how requested and was balanced it wasn't a pile of lettuce with minimal toppings. I had a Polish sausage that as good reminded me of the fair, a little messy but hey was a little mustard between friends. I would do it again. This was a take out order.
