i work nearby and frequently stop here for lunch. i work in healthcare and every day stresses me out. the only peace i feel is the 45 minutes i have for lunch, but i digress. the staff here are incredibly kind and efficient. i order at the drive thru, and by the time i drive to the pickup window my food is ready to go. everyone is so cheerful which i respect because working in food service is NOT easy. best wendy’s i’ve ever been to
Lupita was nice the manager is prejudice against service dogs and put us out because she said I had i.c.e.
Juana helped me and she did such a wonderful job!! She’s beautiful, Kind, and very smart.

This Wendy's in Downers Grove is a solid new location with a clean, modern, and pleasant atmosphere. The operational setup is excellent, featuring a big and spacious drive-thru lane designed for efficiency and speedy service. The building is well-maintained. The staff and crew members are incredibly friendly, pleasant, professional, and attentive, providing great and competent care. The manager on duty is awesome, ensuring the location runs smoothly. Orders, such as the spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets, are consistently correct, served hot and fresh. The modern Freestyle soda machine is a fun and appreciated bonus. This Wendy's is a reliable, wonderful, and pleasant quick-service experience and a welcomed addition to the local options.
