“We ordered Acai bowl, Pitaya bowl all made with organic fruit. It was refreshing and filled with goodies! Also had the avocado toast with bananas and the freshest bread! My husband ordered the banana split waffle and just loved it. I finished it off with a Vanilla Cardamon latte which was smooth and rich. We will be coming back soon!“

“Leaves n Beans Peoria Heights has always been a favorite for our family even though we need to go out of our way to get to it. It’s the best local coffee shop! Lately though the happy, friendly vibe has changed when the woman sitting down taking orders is working the front counter. She is consistently rude and unpleasant to customers. It’s a vibe that definitely stands out as it doesn’t fit at all within the Leaves n Beans framework. The rest of every staff we interact with is friendly, joyful and always respectful.“

“I have been purchasing coffee from LNB for about 6 years now, maybe longer! Shannon is always so wonderful to work with at the Peoria Heights location. He always remembers me and is such a wonderful person. I can tell he enjoys his job and he always excels in delivering amazing customer service! “I have been to this Dunkin a couple times since coming to Peoria. Overall the service is always good. Food and Coffee is Dunkin quality and nothing to really complain about nor praise to the end of the earth, but I still really enjoy it personally. Only thing a little different about this location is their seating area is shoved into a tiny corner where there is no real space to sit. Went here on a date and found myself taking my date to my car right outside so we would not feel squished in with a father and son eating.“

“Quality Dunkin location with a good group of friendly employees. I have been coming to this location for 2 years since coming to Peoria, and I have never known this place to let me down. Whenever there as been an issue with mobile orders, or issues with my order the team is always really understanding. The food is nothing speical but stil enjoyable. Coffee is good, but can be hit or miss, overall still something I find drinkable and lives up to satisfaction.“

“While I usually have a great experience at this Starbucks location, today I was told that I was "coming across very rude" because I asked a question about a drink. When the Oleato Oatmilk Latte was first introduced this past winter, it came with toffeenut included. I asked if it still came that way. I was told by multiple baristas that I must be thinking of the Oleato Shaken Espresso. I didn't raise my voice. I didn't get mean or nasty at being told what I'm thinking. In fact, I smiled through the entire exchange. But I did push back, because I know that the original drink was hot, and that it came with toffeenut automatically. And apparently that makes me rude? Starbucks, I expect better from your people.“

“Starbucks at 7610 N Orange Prairie Rd looks very happy indeed, beginning with its great location: it's in the indoor area of a giant, sparkling supermarket Hy-Vee. That makes the stop at Starbucks for a cup of coffee or a snack quite natural. The choice of options is clearly displayed on the menus and info boards, and the amiable, well-trained staff is happy to greet you and get the order ready. Cappuccino I ordered was good, just a little bit strong for me, and Crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich was absolutely excellent -- fresh, hot and very tasty. The ambiance in this Starbucks also couldn't be happier -- it is placed in a very spacious area, has no closed walls around it -- so you can easily access it, besides it faces the flower section of the supermarket. Some bright flower bouquets and cute decorations are placed near the seating area, creating a cute little flower garden, of sorts (please, see the photos). The seating area itself is fairly small, but functional, and you can also eat at the dining area near the exit from the supermarket, or place the order as a take out. Starbucks also offers a lot of brand items for purchase, including gift cards. All the current sanitation regulations were observed by the staff and customers. I have been to this Starbucks several times lately -- and I always enjoyed my experience at this coffee shop. Thank you and see you soon!“

“I ordered online and when I went to pick up my custom dozen donuts, I was told they did not have 3 out of 6 types. I found this ridiculous as there was no such message during order placement AND I received a confirmation “your order is ready.” Only when I was there to pick up my order, they told me they don’t have those items (it was 5 pm). Apparently they only make donuts in the morning and sell those donuts all day long.So, if you want a specific type of donut, you gotta go in the morning.The lady at the cash counter was apologetic and offered me extra donuts. Of course it’s not her fault, I wish Dunkin’ had a better policy.“
