“I normally don't have any complaints.And I go to duncan, 5 to 7 times a week in pekin. This morning after sitting in line at drive through for close to 15 min before I could order, (the time not am issue) I ordered my food and adjusted for extra crispy bacon. After haven't waited, the guy running the drive through (Christian) proceeds to tell me that they are swamped and can't accommodate special orders because it would take to long. I am in a customer service job and I would Never tell a customer especially one who st patient and waited their turn., that i was to busy to take care of them. I Would Be Terminated. That was a upsetting start to my day. Maybe I will have to become a Starbucks customer instead.“

“They are always friendly and fast at this location. Today’s visit was for a special occasion, it was my cockatiel’s 1st birthday. So I asked if they could do kind of like a pup-cup but for a bird, as birds can’t have whipped cream because they’re lactose intolerant. So I asked for a little cup of dragonfruit and they were accommodating and gave Brody his own little cup of fruit as requested. He enjoyed it! Thank you!!“
