“I come here every morning to get my coffee and the service is great! I’ve gone to many Dunkin’s where my coffee isn’t always right or doesn’t taste good but that’s never the case here. The people working are so friendly and I will continue to give them my business everyday!“

“Had a great matcha! The barista was friendly, very easy to find parking, the drive thru was fast. I’d go back again. I enjoyed seeing the Illinois Starbucks branded cups. The location is off the freeway, making it an easy stop while on a road trip.“

“I love this Scooter’s so much. Every employee I’ve encountered has been so nice. I go out of my way to come here on my way to work and days off. There was one day I ordered online and accidently got my drink hot, which I never drink, and they were kind enough to remake it. That’s a real one.“

“I normally don't have any complaints.And I go to duncan, 5 to 7 times a week in pekin. This morning after sitting in line at drive through for close to 15 min before I could order, (the time not am issue) I ordered my food and adjusted for extra crispy bacon. After haven't waited, the guy running the drive through (Christian) proceeds to tell me that they are swamped and can't accommodate special orders because it would take to long. I am in a customer service job and I would Never tell a customer especially one who st patient and waited their turn., that i was to busy to take care of them. I Would Be Terminated. That was a upsetting start to my day. Maybe I will have to become a Starbucks customer instead.“

“Big shout out to the Burger King across the street. Since you can't open your dining room on time, I ended up at Dunkin', where I was pleasantly and promptly greeted. My order was made fresh and correct. Coming back here next time.“

“They are always friendly and fast at this location. Today’s visit was for a special occasion, it was my cockatiel’s 1st birthday. So I asked if they could do kind of like a pup-cup but for a bird, as birds can’t have whipped cream because they’re lactose intolerant. So I asked for a little cup of dragonfruit and they were accommodating and gave Brody his own little cup of fruit as requested. He enjoyed it! Thank you!!“
