We made an impromptu stop at Unpossible Mead on our way to a summer gathering. We arrived early on a Saturday afternoon around 3.30 on the recommendation of friends (who were with us). 1. Greeted immediately but the bartender whit a huge smile and willingness to walk us through how to create our own sampling. 2.
