William B's Steakhouse Reviews
The waitress seemed a little overwhelmed with the number of tables she was taking care of. She was as quick as she could be. She was extremely welcoming and nice. The food taste was 110/100!! VERY GOOD!!! This was our first time here. We went to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We will definitely be back!
Overall dining experience was phenomenal.Staff was so professional with our needs. The atmosphere was amazing.Didn't feel like I was in east peoria.
The only thing I order there is the filet and it is delicious. That is why I keep ordering it. Service is pretty good. We only had an issue there once over a drink that was made wrong. It was worked out but the person that made the drink was offended and came to our table. Do not think that was necessary, but otherwise this is a good place. Have gone back since then and will go back again. Definitely recommend the fillet.

William B's Steakhouse offers an awesome experience with friendly service and a delightful atmosphere. Guests often praise the perfectly cooked steaks, particularly the prime rib and filet, which many have enjoyed. The generous portions of carrot cake for dessert continue to be a highlight. Although some dishes, like chicken tenders and side options, received mixed reviews for being too salty, the overall dining experience remains well worth the price.
The restaurant is recognized as one of the best steakhouses in the Peoria area, with excellent quality food. Appetizers like the crab cakes, featuring visible chunks of crab, have received positive feedback, and the pretzel rolls with maple butter have been noted as a nice addition. The service is described as very “Midwest” friendly and attentive, enhancing the dining experience. However, some guests suggest that the wine list could be more impressive and the atmosphere has been considered “fine.”
Recent experiences have been mixed, with comments on the prime rib not being well seasoned and the filet appearing smaller than expected. The lobster tail was highlighted as well-cooked, and side dishes like broccoli and cauliflower were appreciated once the initial heat of the sauce was managed. While desserts like crème brûlée were enjoyed, some guests have suggested improvements in presentation. Overall, while some guests had off nights and voiced concerns about the salad selection and non-steak options, the potential for a great meal at William B's Steakhouse remains strong, with many still appreciating the nice atmosphere and terrific service.
