“I don’t like to leave poor reviews but hoping this will help the restaurant do better. We ordered at 1:09 pm, at 1:30 I finally went up front to check on our food. I did this because I saw others eating that were in line behind me. My tray with my children’s meals was sitting there, holding on cheese curds. I was able to grab my food. My bun was as hard as a rock, food was Luke warm. They should have brought my food then brought out the curds later. Also, I received 12 cheese curds, this was very upsetting considering it’s a $2 up charge for curds. Never had issues in the past, hoping just a fluke because we love Culver’s!“

“This Long John Silvers has the best servers. And I will definitely be back to eat here! They cook to order. Meaning they don't let their food sit underneath a heat lamp. It's always hot, crisp, and fresh out of the fryer when it's brought to your table. My only minor complaint are the pot holes out in the parking lot. God love them ..they need a new parking lot. So don't judge this restaurant by it's parking lot. If I were you I'd definitely give them a chance. It is pricey but well worth it!“

“Arianna was more than helpful with current promos and ingredients following certain recipes as order was being put in, Stephanie was going to go out of her way (above & beyond) to make a lunch meal during breakfast hours although we ended up changing our minds, it’s the thought that counts. Thank you Arianna Robert’s and Stephanie for filling our souls this morning to start off our day. As I sit here eating our breakfast I can feel the pleasant energy coming from the kitchen, great team great, work ethics, and goal oriented ! Keep up the good work! Side note: very clean atmosphere, not a single crumb found on the ground or tables! Bathrooms perfect! Everything stocked! “The boy at the counter turned his back on us and acted like he didn't see us. Afterward, he turned to us and sheepishly took our order.I understand that this is not the best job but if you don't want to wait on customers, then don't accept the position.“

“Went through the drive through tonight at 2 am, (black friday morning) the only people working was a man and a woman. the man who served us was amazing and quick, for it being so early and just after thanksgiving he had amazing charisma and an amazing attitude!!! thank you mcdonald’s !“

“While staying in the area I was looking for some comfort food. I prefer to eat at local versus franchises and decided to try Cruisers.\nI loved the convenience of a drive through to order. You can also order ahead online. The staff wree friendly and the food was great. Highly recommend the burgers and cheese curds!“
