“A little slow going on the weekdays which is fine for me always a chair and the bartenders are quick to take care of you think it's gets a rock in a little bit more at night but I live 60 miles round trip so I keep it today time visits avoid the fancy-schmancy place next door never been in their so I'm definitely not bad rapping it but knucklehead you can run into some real scooter people“

“This is the 2nd time we've been here. It was alright. The tots were amazing. Other than that, we know they were shorthanded, but it was 3 of us and another party of 5. It seemed odd that the owner would leave the restaurant understaffed. We sat near the open garage door. It was a nice day but the elderly lady, who clearly didn't need a cigarette, stood right in front. I'm also not a huge fan of non-service animals walking through a place that serves food. The server is friendly and as attentive as she could be considering the situation.“

“A gem in the heart of Elburn! Very good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. They also have a nice outdoor patio. I had the reuben which was great and my son had their pork tenderloin. We both enjoyed the food and said we'd come back again if were in the area!“

“We held my father’s Celebration of Life at Fireside Grille, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. When the manager, Zach, learned the reason for our gathering, he immediately went out of his way to make it possible even though the private room were already reserved. The entire team was wonderful to work with, the food was absolutely amazing, and everyone kept commenting on how delicious everything was. Our server, Lupe, was superb as always as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was attentive, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Fireside Grille for any celebration or special occasion. “My family and I had a burial service at a cemetery in Maple Park this past Saturday 6/7. We were expecting around 20 people to attend. We planned on going to Bootleggers for lunch afterword. My daughter called the Monday before and set everything up. Gave them the number of people and what time we would be there. We arrived and they had no idea that we were coming. Whomever took the phone call on Monday didn't relay the info to the Saturday staff. All that being said, our server, I did not get her name, crushed it. She had the whole place to wait on, and she did a fantastic job. She didn't get frustrated (at least at what I could tell), she kept our drinks refilled. She was great. The only issue was the made my wife's sandwich wrong, but that is not the servers fault. She corrected the problem and all was well. I can not say enough good things about this server. You have a good one with her, let me tell you.
The only bummer, pizza was not available for lunch.

“Our server was amazing!! Her name was Mildred and we were at the South Elgin location. She was so attentive to when our glasses needed to be refilled, when we finished something and she took the dishes away. One of the best servers I have had on a while when I went out to eat. She was always smiling too!! Food was good.“

“I’ve ate here two times and both times I was greeted kindly and sat down. Within less than 3 minutes my order was ready. The service is exceptional. The food is inexpensive. The owners are extremely polite and care about their customers. Let’s talk about the food. I ordered a Giant Steak burrito dinner with no sour cream both times. It comes with three different sauces you can use when you dine in. The dark red is your very hot sauce, the dark green is a mild hot sauce, and the light green is likely an avocado and sweet sauce. The food is impeccable. For the price you are paying, you get chips and salsa for free while you eat in. The salsa is a soupy texture and has onions and cilantro and is absolutely delicious. This is the best authentic Mexican restaurant in St. Charles, and I’ll be going her more often. Thanks for being such a good vibe ☀️“
