“I have never had a better crab rangoon in my life than the ones made by Catering Made Simple. It was the first thing my now husband and I tried for our tasting and I knew from there that everything else would be fantastic. Every single guest who tried one, raved about them. The rest of the food was fantastic too. We also had Swedish meatballs and caprese skewers for our cocktail hour. For dinner, we had the pecan encrusted goat cheese salad, spinach and brie stuffed chicken, filet mignon, green bean casserole, and potatoes and it was all great. Because of the size of our wedding, we had to do a room flip and set 200 place settings in under an hour and the Catering Made Simple team got straight to business and got the place settings set and salads out in a beautiful fashion. I was nervous about the room flip but Cari assured us that their team does them all the time. As far as linens and place settings go, they had exactly what we had in mind. Their team seems to be very passionate about their food and their business. While sometimes the communication wasn’t as much as my stressed out, wedding-addled bride brain needed (or thought I needed), we were able to communicate all the details needed to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. Every guest we’ve talked to has raved about the food and I’m just so glad we chose Catering Made Simple. But seriously, the crab rangoons alone are worth choosing CMS for your event. I think about them often. My friends, family, and coworkers keep bringing them up. I would very much like for CMS to sell these in bulk for me to buy and have whenever I want lol - I’m very glad we worked together and would recommend them for sure!“
