“*Update Nov 2023Started going back to Dunkin recently as I work from home and live close by. The employees now are generally a lot better than they've ever been in the past.They now have employees outside to expedite the line experience during busy hours which is great! Employees in drive thru are now pleasant and quick to fulfill order correctly.Today I went and the people working drive thru were so sweet and offered tons of free samples for the new seasonal items. Was a Greta experience and I will def be back.-----Place is SUPER busy in the mornings/weekends and the parking lot is too small to meet the demand, which causes issues since it's off a busy road. Even when using mobile app to order, I'm constantly having issues where I discover items are missing from order, long wait times, or situations where I'm actually getting a HOT coffee that is luke warm or even sometimes completely cold. Cold food or food that doesn't taste fresh, burnt Bagels... I could go on and on. Honestly the only reason I go here at all is because it's 4 mins from my house and it's on the way to the expressway.“

“I’ve been going to this location couple times this week, and I noticed that my Matcha medium is legit full of ice than actual Matcha today I went and asked for no ice. The guy Literally gave me this. I asked him why it was empty he said because I asked for no ice. This is insane. Next time have your employees communicate that you’re going to give me nothing for asking for no ice.“
