From the beginning, the professionalism of manager, Felicia, her kindness, and willingness to make this as easy as possible for us during such a difficult time is deeply appreciated. “Restaurant was clean. Order was ready at time promised. My mother and I order personal deep dish pizzas, her the classic with sausage, me the buffalo chicken one. Both DELICIOUS, cooked perfectly, and hit the spot. So good that Lou's might have to fall into our dinner rotation more often.“

“I used to have a bad history with this place a couple years ago where the service was terrible and took a long time. Today it was late at night almost a hour till closing, I ordered my pizza and wings, and everything was great. I was just getting out of work and running late so I called ahead and asked if they could wait 10 minutes for me and they were very nice about it. The employees are great and deserve a raise!“

“My husband and I owned a mobile Hot Dog Stand I ran it in Northwest Indiana. I sold Bari Beef Sandwiches. I was famous for my Beef sandwiches . I have and will always swear by Bari Beef!!!! We have moved all over the country the last 9 years and just moved to Bartlett Illinois. I just found out I live only 9.8 miles from Bari factory store …… I think I have died and gone to Heaven!!! On a side note. I had a deal for all new customers who questioned whether I had the best beef sandwiches. I told them “You buy my Beef sandwich and if you do t think it’s the best you have ever had I will give you your money back!” I have NEVER had to give anyone their money back!!! “We typically use the drive thru. We like your food, always fresh and tasty. Tonight I had the chicken avocado and strawberry salad. The salad was fresh, walnuts were sweet and crispy, dressing was very creamy. The only criticism I have is my chicken avocado and strawberry salad had no avocados. I do understand sometimes you can run out of ingredients or supply chain issues can interfere with menus. I would just ask to have this made known to us upon ordering or upon discovery, all in the interest of good customer service that you usually do deliver.“

Initial communication from Erin was excellent, pickup time was spot-on (they were finishing everything up as I walked in), Erin packaged everything up really well and helped bring it out to the car, and the food… it was a total knock-out (we ordered Chicken Francese, Cavatelli, Eggplant Parmesan, House salad, and Sausage & Peppers). Every single person raved about how good it was. People were coming up for seconds, thirds, and almost everything was completely wiped out (and I always way over order so food never runs out). This is actually the second time we ordered catering and had excellent results both times, so I just needed to give credit where credit was very due. Thanks for making our party a hit and the experience as seamless and stress free as possible.“

The only suggestion I would make to the restaurant is to better set up their online ordering systems and encourage customers to use them versus calling in orders. Also, allow take out ordering on holidays such as new years eve when you're open.“

“This restaurant has been here for about 19 years. I have never seen it before last night. We were looking for a new Italian place and came across Nuova Italia. I am glad we did. The quality of food and portion size are a very good value. Its about what you would pay at Biaggi's. the food is much better and more authentic tasting (imo). It does look like they have a major leak in the celling in the middle of the restaurant. It wasn't anything that made me question the food safety or anything. Its just a little distracting from the beautiful aesthetics of the historic building.“

“We went to Woodfire for my birthday. The food and service is excellent. Vicki was our server and she was very friendly and attentive. The food is so fresh and homemade. The pizza crust is crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. There is an assortment of types of pizza, but the cheese pizza is the best I’ve ever had. The pasta is rich and delicious. It’s cooked perfectly and the vodka sauce is amazing. The appetizers, home brewed beer, and desserts are phenomenal too. Step aside Coopers Hawk, I have a new favorite restaurant!“

“We tried Banushi’s today and really liked it. Grew up on Chicago pizza and this is Chicago in Algonquin. Crispy crust, good sauce. My husband likes lots of cheese, I prefer light cheese - this was the perfect compromise. Pickles appetizer and chicken soup were also good. Can’t wait to try the Chicken Parm. “Great pizza, wish they had zeppole on the dessert menu, it’s the only Rosati’s location I can’t find them at which results me in ordering from the next restaurant. I attached what zeppole look from the other locations, they don’t even have the appetizer version with the marinara. Crazy because they’re big sellers at other locations and they run out.“
