McDonald's in Elgin

“Purchased a breakfast biscuit from here and I was blown away. It tasted homemade.....way different than the ' from a can' tasting biscuits Mc Donald's usually serves up. I'm not in the area often but when I am at breakfast time I will definitely partake in a biscuit or two from here.... now if all the other Mcdonalds would get on board!!“

“This McDonald's is definitely my reliable go-to whenever I'm hungry and in the area! They're always incredibly quick and efficient, which is exactly what you want when you're craving a quick bite. I've never had any issues with mistakes in my order, which is a huge plus and really speaks to their accuracy.

I haven't actually eaten inside, so I can't speak to the indoor dining experience, but I can certainly attest that their drive-thru is great. Always a smooth and easy experience!“

“I came here late on a busy Saturday to get a quick bite, and unfortunately my order of nuggets were forgotten. I noticed this when I got home and knew it was an accident, so I called them and kindly brought this to the manager’s attention. I spoke with Tyrone, who was pleasant, helpful, and professional. My issue was resolved, and I very much appreciated the sincere effort to make things right. “A guy named Christopher, I believe his name is, is a really good worker there. He takes your order really fast with great communication skills, he gets you what you need, and he is honest. I asked him for a receipt, and he said, I always give a receipt. Which I appreciate because I normally pay in cash.“
