I noticed this when I got home and knew it was an accident, so I called them and kindly brought this to the manager’s attention. I spoke with Tyrone, who was pleasant, helpful, and professional. My issue was resolved, and I very much appreciated the sincere effort to make things right. If more restaurants and places of business had this kind of great customer service, the world would be much better off. Keep it up!“
“The difference was the older lady who worked the counter. She did it the way McDonald's used to, 30 years ago. If McDonald's could focus on treating their customers like they mattered, it would set the standard for the rest of the world.“
“A guy named Christopher, I believe his name is, is a really good worker there. He takes your order really fast with great communication skills, he gets you what you need, and he is honest. I asked him for a receipt, and he said, I always give a receipt. Which I appreciate because I normally pay in cash.“
“It's 1:20 am, I was tired from working and very hungry, I decided to stop here and they treated me very well, the attitude of the staff in the early morning is pleasant, especially the one who delivers your food, apart from the fact that they gave me the best double quarter pounder with cheese.“
“It’s really a hit or miss with McDonald’s now days but today was a hit ! Greeted upon speaker and I had a mobile order , everything was fresh! And was out in less then 5 mins !! My order was just two happy meals but still best service !!“
