About Buffalo Wild Wings

Buffalo Wild Wings has a reputation for slow service, with long wait times before being greeted and taken care of. Staffing issues seem to be a recurring problem, leaving customers standing for extended periods. When service is provided, it can be lacking in attentiveness, with servers failing to check in regularly and being unapologetic when mistakes are made. Food quality is also a concern, with dishes such as wraps appearing to be quickly thrown together and lacking in flavor. Menu items, like the Buffalo wings, may not always meet expectations, and prices can be steep. Some customers have noticed a decline in the quality of boneless wings, which have become smaller, with less sauce and less crunchy breading. However, the atmosphere can be lively and enjoyable, especially during special events like Bike nights, where guests enjoy live music and socializing. Exceptional service experiences are also reported, with staff members being friendly, attentive, and helpful, such as when assisting with rewards or providing quick, tasty food. Overall, the experience at Buffalo Wild Wings can be frustrating at times, but some visits leave guests feeling satisfied and eager to return.
