“I am a driver, I drive everywhere every day so I drink hot cappuccino and hot maqueato and I have always bought a large in every place I have bought they have always given me less than half of the glass even though I order the large it has always been less than half but in this store in particular today I went to buy a large cappuccino and they surprised me when I took the order they were the quantity that they should always be, that is to say, fair for the price we paid so I give them my five stars of satisfaction let's hope it will always be like this thank you and thank you.“
“Very kind staff working today at around 5:30 a m. without ulterior motive also. Very clean, delicious food and coffee made just right at this Biesterfield Rd., Elk Grove Village location. The staff working this morning do not paint poor people in a negative light that come into the store I have noticed. Very nice guys! Very clean restroom as well.
Vegetarian options: I know they have avocado toast, possibly they have more.“
“this is my only dunkin i will go too i love how much the workers care… for example today: i didnt notice i placed a drive through order for 8:50 instead of 8:40 like i normally do and i pulled up around 8:36 and realized i was too early so i pulled around and waited in my car in the parking lot and (i wish i knew his name its my fault i havent asked) but the guy brought my order to my car from inside for me the only dunkin ill go too. thanks guys<3“
“Update 05/18/2023 - stellar service! I’m partially disabled. The app was being stupid and would not let me place my order, so I called inside. The lady at the counter took my order, came outside for my card, brought out my food. This is what I call service. Thank you for your personal touch. I APPRECIATE YOU!!!“
