The service was quick, the ingredients looked fresh, and my sandwich was prepared exactly as requested. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. “Food and service fantastic. They were running behind with reservations but they comped us drinks an an appetizer...which is pretty unheard of these days. Rachel, our server, was phenomenal, I liked her so much I even asked her to help me "customize" my pasta dish, which she happily did (and it turned out great! The lobster diavolo but with vodka sauce...keeping the spice level.) Caesar salad good but not traditional...and missing anchovies (I know, I'm weird. Very fresh ingredients though.) We were a party of 6 and everyone loved their food. Reasonable prices too. Will definitely be back! Only wish it weren't so cramped inside.“

“We visited for Sunday brunch around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was packed, so we had about a 45-minute wait before being seated. Despite the crowd, the staff kept things moving, and once we got our table, the service was friendly and attentive.

I've been coming to this Teriyaki Madness location with my coworkers for about two years, and it's always been one of our go-to lunch spots. My previous visit was disappointing due to burnt orange chicken and a very small portion of meat, so I left an honest review with photos.

Shortly afterward, Nik Patel responded, apologized, acknowledged the mistake, and invited me to contact the manager, Killian, so they could make it right. I stopped back in today, and they absolutely did. My replacement meal was fresh, properly prepared, generously portioned, and exactly what I've come to expect from this location. More importantly, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right.

Mistakes happen at every restaurant. What really matters is how a business responds, and this team handled it the right way. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the willingness to stand behind their food. Because of that, I'll continue coming back and would recommend giving them a try.“

Pricing is also a plus as the average price is around $13 or less which is less than a quarter pounder meal at Mc Donald’s. Unfortunately its not big for large groups and we had to sit in 2 groups, which was a little disappointing. It was my first time here but would go back as a small group at most 6.“
