“We came here to warm up and get a midday snack since we were in the area. We came an hour before closing and there were still plenty of baked goods available. There was also plenty of seating and it was clean inside. I had a blackberry brownie and a blueberry basil matcha latte. I typically dislike sweet drinks so I was hesitant to order the latte. However, it wasn't overly sweet and the flavor was interesting (in a good way). The blackberry brownie was rich and also delicious. My child had a big chocolate chip cookie and devoured it instantly. I wish we came for lunch since there were intriguing menu items but we will be back if we are in the area!“

Wow Atmosphere!We were in a rush to get to the DMV after a quick breakfast, and Egg Harbor delivered with the excellent service by Liliana!We were in and out (on a Tues. morning) within 35 minutes. “Not gonna lie, I ended up here because my husband and I needed a quick snack, and I tried to go to Choo Choo down the street, but they were packed. When I walked in, there was a long line, and that seemed promising, plus it was moving quickly. We wanted something savory, so we ordered a ham and cheese croissant, a goat cheese and pesto croissant, and a spinach quiche. They warmed up the pastries and brought them out to our table pretty quickly. I was surprised the pastries were so good. The croissants were so flakey and delightful. The spinach quiche had a lovely crust. I completely forgot to take pictures because I was in a rush and starving, but I also saw a security sign that said no camera allowed. I wish they had more savory pastry options with meat, but the ham and cheese croissant was all they had when I visited. I did see that they had sandwiches that could be ordered, so I might try that if I am ever in the area again.“

“This place has special fish Fry during lent. This is a cute irsh brunch spot normally. They had a lot of st paddy's day themed things but I passed. The good. Coffee with actual cream not the pre package junk. Great coffee service as well though it would be nice to add this to the waiting area. The staff was great aaa all the way. The omelets was good, fairly fluffy and a good balance of fillings. The average The pancakes were good not great. I may try some specialty cakes next time. The bad Well good place equals wait time on the weekend. Not sure if that was real maple syrup, if it was it was not the best. The side of potatoes while generous, had little to no flavor. Had to salt and pepper the heck out of them, and just left them in the end.“
“The four stars is for the restaurant itself. This review is regarding a waitress they have working there, Kate. She was a horrible waitress. I asked for a Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi, whichever they have and she told me they have "Mexican Coke" what the hell is that?! I said, you don't have Diet Pepsi, she said yeah we do, I was like well that's what I asked for.She was not attentive and literally forgot about us sitting in the back. I had to get up and go ask someone if she was still there! The guy I asked said she was still there and he would send her back and even then she took a bit to come back to the table. The place wasn't even crowded. Anyway, Kate finally comes and takes our to go order, since we wanted to take some food home too. Comes back with the to go food and checks, there were three of us and she brought three separate checks, great! Well we tipped according to what we felt she deserved (even then, she actually got more than what she deserved). Also by the way, anytime we go out to eat, we are VERY generous tippers, but do tip accordingly.I go to the washroom and come back and she was at the table talking to my sister and when I walked up, I heard her saying, she left me 10% and you left me 18% and she left me 15% and I just wanna know why? Was there something wrong with my service? She was legit upset! I said to her wait, you're actually questioning your tip? She kept saying that she wanted to know if there was something wrong with the service, but she knows what she was doing. I honestly never in my life have ever had anyone do something like this, I was shocked! Not to mention there were other people sitting around and she was pointing at each of us telling us what we gave her for a tip! It was the most absurd thing! The audacity!So she finally walks away and I go ask for the manager, who happened to be the guy that I asked if she was still there. His name was Sam and he was very nice and very apologetic, he said he was embarrassed and that he would let the owner know. I sure hope he did because employees like this (speaking of employees like that, there were a couple of them behind the deli counter giving us some of the hardest looks, they must be friends!) are going to drive away customers! But I do have to say, the food is amazing and it is a great place!“
“Excellent choice for Restaurant week. You can't go wrong with the three course option or four. The prime rib was cooked to perfection. The spiced margarita was delicious. “This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. Over the past 10 years I've visited many locations, all of which started to decline and inevitably close (Glenview, Park Ridge, Deerfield, Mount Prospect). Schaumburg has been the most consistent location over the years. Algonquin was always pretty good too but my last visit the froyo was watery. I know there are Bloomingdale and Downers Grove locations but I haven't been to those. The location is very clean and although there are typically kids running the locations, the store is always well kept and the toppings station is always full and clean. The froyo is always great, and they always have good flavors. Their machines are typically full. And like I've mentioned always consistent. I've been turned off by other froyo shops where the froyo is priced by the ounce and the froyo comes out of the machine like frozen or watery slush and just a small amount weighs a ton, so you're paying more for less, not to mention not enjoyable froyo. The Schaumburg location the consistency of the yogurt is always spot on. It's never watery, too icy/slushy or bland. I truly believe this location takes pride in their shop. I hope they stay in business forever!“
“So right off the bat, if you like ham in plentiful supply, this is your spot. Pretty busy suburban joint, good for a variety of breakfast items. What I would recommend is anything with ham. I don't know if they have a pig farm in the back but these guys load your plate with ham to the point that white flags come out and pants get unzipped. I had the omelette (with ham, obviously). It was tasty - but the egg ratio to ham was too little. Next time I will, and would recommend the skillet with scrambled eggs. The omelette was super thin, where is the scrambled eggs that my friend had seem more proportional dish . Service was OK, not great. Coffee was not bad, also not great. Fresh squeezed orange juice is lights out though, so I would definitely recommend that. I will definitely go back, just a little bit wiser this time .“

Lots of cheese, but again, not a great quality cheese. Best i can describe it is to say it was kind of like drinking skim milk vs whole milk...if that makes sense. French fries were yummy, but not as hot as they could have been. Bread was served when we sat down. Delicious! Crusty and warm. Ask for their spice blend...it doesn't come out unless you ask for it. It was yummy...oregano, salt, pepper, and not sure what else, but out of this world. Service was great. Georgia was very very nice. We were not offered drink refills, and our water glasses were empty, and never refilled. But overall, we were happy. Prices were very reasonable! “I saw the bakery sign and quickly parked the car. Upon entering, I saw that the bakery cases mainly held cookies, bars, and cupcakes. Not a huge variety, and more specialized with huge sandwiched cookies, macarons, large bar cookies. I opted for a Raspberry crumb bar and a chocolate cherry macaron decorated to look like Santa's belly. The bar cookie was huge; about 4" x 5". It had a deliciously crisp base, and you could taste the butter. It was filled with a thin layer of jam and a lovely crumb topping.The macaron was another story. The cookie itself was great. Light, airy, and crisp. The filling, however, tasted like white wedding cake frosting. It totally overpowered the macaron base. Made my teeth hurt. Party I was with raved about the crab cakes. Sour cream mashed potatoes was a large portion meant to share and was super creamy. Steaks were delicious and perfectly cooked. The key lime pie was the best I've ever eaten. It was more sweet than tart. Atmosphere was dimly lit and perfect for the room. When I first tried them, I had never had anything quite like them. The confetti and the chocolate chocolate chip flavors are my absolute favorite, but to be honest, you really can't go wrong with any of them. They also have flavors, such as red velvet, lemon, carrot, Reese's chocolate peanut butter, and more. My favorite part of these cakes is that they have the most flavorful and smooth cream cheese frosting. When walking into this particular store, it is always clean and the workers are friendly. It's important to note that this is not a full-service bakery, but they specialize in just bundt cakes. As a result, they sell bundtlets, which are mini bundt cakes for $5.50 each, or you can order them in a tower. They also sell 8" bundt cakes starting at $29 or 10" bundt cakes starting at $39 that can come in a bakery box or wrapped in cellophane. They also have customizable cakes that you can have decorated with specific themes. Being someone in my late 20s, it's been extremely trendy with my age group, especially for everyone's baby showers and wedding showers. Overall, I highly recommend it! You won't be disappointed.“
