Food and staff was great. Order numbers are constantly called out on a loud speaker. It’s really loud and I can’t understand what they’re saying anyway and it’s difficult to have a conversation because it’s so loud. Recommend posting order numbers on a sign when ready and discontinue the loud speaker.

Food is good. You're paying for the Portillos brand. You can get hot dogs and burgers which taste just as good for cheaper at local places. Cake shake is okay. I prefer the regular shake.

The food was fine. Not the best location. Employees were really odd, staring at us the entire time we were there. Order didn't come out right either, I don't know how you confuse beef and cheddar croissant with standard beef bread with cheddar. And regular hot dog when order says jumbo.
