On 08/13/2024 at 8:32 p.m., I called the store to inquire about my order. A woman answered the phone and was very rude during the conversation. I told her I would call back, but when I did, no one answered. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.
My husband and I stopped in for a banana split and it was delicious! The two ladies were very sweet. Clean store and great service. The donuts were looking too good so we had to take some home. We definitely got our sweet fix.
Melissa answers the phone promising refunds like if she’s a manager and when they confront her about it she acts like she doesn’t know anything. So unprofessional the manager Anika or Anita had one of her employees talking for her when even she said next time something like this happens to speak TO a manager. The location recently underwent renovations and offers a bright and clean environment. Parking is convenient with a few spots available and a drive-thru option. The donuts are fresh and the location is cheaper than other branches. However, there have been instances of incorrect orders, such as a simple cup of coffee with cream and Stevia being served wrong.
