I just wanted to take a minute to say that Sandra from this location is the absolute best. I had an issue with one of my orders on my end. It was my fault, but she made accommodations for me and was very sweet about it. I wish I ran into more people in the food industry like her someone willing to help. She truly made my day.
I have tried the original location in Melrose Park and I would get a cheese burger with grilled onions with a side of chili. I haven't been in years and had a taste for some Harlos, the Elmhurst location is closer to me so I went and ordered a cheese burger with grilled onions and a side of chili, was excited to get home and eat. Awesome! I was waiting at 6:30 for the restaurant to open and saw someone opening the door. I asked him what time he opened up and he told me to come in and took great care of me . I'll definitely be back. Awesome customer service. His name is coco. Awesome guy.
