Stopped in the elmhurst store on 8/26/25 around 5:26 pm ordered three gyros to go and paid and shortly afterwards the girl came back and said a thirty minute wait well I already paid so I waited and waited with all the other people complaining I have to tell you it was unorganized and chaotic and confusing environment I think I’ll look at a different food establishment in the future it’s just not organized and the gyros were not cooked or seared at all.
Second time in 45 days broasted chicken burnt. 1st time we thought it was the drive-thru. Went inside today and requested they don’t overcook. Turned out it’s like the overcooked turkey on Chevy Chases Christmas Vacation. Never again!
We stumbled on Yorky’s and ordered salads. 1 chicken and 1 Gyro salad.
I have to say on of the best and freshest salads I have ever had. Home grown tomatoes and cucumbers. Piles of slices gyro meat.
