I was a general manager of restaurants for 21 years and this was exceptional customer service when a lot of places would have just taken my money. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said very rude that it was processed. I asked him for the order number and his name and he told me I don't need his name, he didn't have the order number and that I was entitled and he hung up in my face again. I'm beyond disappointed and feel disrespected by the GM who is supposed to represent your brand. Sad to say I'll never choose to spend my money here again and it's all because of the GM onsite 5/31 @ 12pm . Parking: In Walmart facility there is plenty of parking. But most of the time the parking lot is packed the restaurant is in Walmart.

Kid-friendliness: They have boneless wing which is basically the same as chicken nuggets. It also has claw machines for a dollar and plenty of quality prizes.“

We ordered the 2 different options of boneless chicken (soy garlic and original flavor) and bulgogi kimchi fried rice, and they all were flavorful! We were given complimentary pickled radish! The food came out quickly, and the staff were super friendly and kind! I really like the idea of the self service stations so you are able to get what you need without waiting on the staff to get you utensils and etc so your food comes out faster and as soon as it's made! Keep in mind there are no tables to eat inside, this is a takeout/carryout only place.
