La Principal offers great food and service in a cute setting, perfect for food and drinks. The vegetarian Sweet potato tacos are amazing, and the Baja taco is also a favorite among customers. The handmade tortillas curl up perfectly and have excellent flavor. While the churros with chocolate sauce were a bit disappointing on one visit, the flavor was still okay. The salsas are bursting with flavor and a decent kick, making them a standout. The atmosphere and food make it worth a return visit, despite some service issues like slow service and delays, which affected the overall experience.
