First time eating at Lizzano. Rafael was very helpful with sharing the menu and sharing the three top/most ordered sandwiches . I went with The Modena. I am nourished, it was fulfilling . Deliciousness!l I will definitely be back.

Lizzano Foccacia Italiano is a restaurant that has recently opened. The menu offers sandwiches such as The Modena, the Chicago picante sandwich, the Italiano and Carnivore, and a Siciliana beverage. The sandwiches are described as delicious, fulfilling and nourishing, with very fresh, good quality ingredients. The focaccia is a thinner focaccia with a toasted crisp to the outside, not the doughy soft kind. The interior is small, with maybe 6 two-person tables on built in wood benches and one two-person table out front. It is fine but not great for dining together, and the music was too loud. Many people took their sandwiches to go. There was a small line of people but guests were greeted promptly. Only one person behind the counter was taking orders and making sandwiches, so there was a wait of about 10-15 minutes for sandwiches. It is on the pricier side but great for a special treat every once in a while.
