Had a delivery mishap yesterday expected a delivery between 4pm and 6pm it did not arrive. I called them this morning and the young man was very nice and apologetic. He had my delivery to me by 10:30 am with a few sweet treats for my inconvenience.😍

The worst customer service ever! Three 15 minute holds on the phone for assistance!
This is the third time in six months that I’ve had an issue with this store!
I placed orders for delivery twice, and for some reason my delivery never made it to me! It took them forever to process my refunds. This time all of my items were not in the delivery and I had to come all the way to the store to take care of this. I’ve been waiting now 10 minutes in the store for assistance!...read full review
