Starbucks on Sherman Ave in downtown Evanston is a popular spot for early morning coffee. The staff is known for being fast, consistent, and friendly. Customers appreciate the renovations that have made the seating areas cozy and inviting. The mobile pickup counter being near the door is a big plus for regulars. However, another location lacked efficiency with staff spending too much time chatting and not prioritizing customer service. Customers hope for better management to address these issues promptly.
