I was working around Chicago and I saw the food truck at the event I was working. I never had it before and I had a very great experience. The employees were super friendly and made it a nice experience. I had a Chicken wings and fries and it was good.

Bumped my car while parking had picture proof. No no I didn't hit your car we just parked super close and your picture doesn't show me hitting your car. But you can see the slight damage it did. Terrible service they won't take any accountability

We hired the Fat Shallot Food Truck for our backyard wedding reception and it was a huge hit! The planning process was extremely easy, all the employees involved were kind and helpful, and our guests absolutely loved it! Thank you!!

This food truck is my absolute favorite. I know it is going to be a good day when I see them parked on wacker & adams for lunch. The buffalo sandwich is always crispy and full of flavor and must be paired with a side of truffle fries. So good!
Had they're turkey sandwich and aioli fries and it was well worth it, I wish they would come to the university of Chicago more?
The catering company was such a delight to work with! We had the food truck join us for a young professional non profit event. The food, bar, and service has a huge hit!They made the process easy, were extremely flexible and I would highly recommend them.Looking forward to bringing them other events in the future!
LOVE this food truck! I recently went to a block party and was thrilled to see that The Fat Shallot was in attendance. They killed it! Amazing sandwiches and the truffle french fries I could eat all day. If you are thinking to cater an event - this truck is the way to go!
