“I recently had a great experience at a McDonald’s with fantastic amenities like outdoor seating, efficient drive-thru, and handy order pick-up spots. The outdoor area was perfect for a sunny day meal, and the drive-thru service was quick and seamless, even during busy times. Inside, the place was clean and welcoming, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. But what really set this McDonald’s apart was the staff - they were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure my visit was nothing short of excellent. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick, satisfying meal in a friendly setting.“

“I live around 85 and Ashland, I drive past the McDonald's on 83rd and Ashland, because that restaurant provides poor customer service, lack of leadership, disrespectful worker and bad food.I travel to 87th Kedzie because everyone is friendly helpful, great customer service and fast service. Not to mentioned this particular restaurant stays clean. I go where I am respected, I highly recommend this McDonald's location“
