“Growing up in the Chicago area, especially on the south side, you EXPECT local pizza joints to be good. Lots of places that don't primarily sell pizza still have better pizza that you get in other parts of the country.

Though it's been around for a long time, as have I, I'd never tried Rosangela's prior to this time, and I'm here to say that I am a believer.

I tried introducing a colleague of mine to chicago pizza at a couple other places, and they did not impress him... Rosangela's did.

Just a medium special and a drink, but I will tell you that it's some of the best tavern style things crust pizza you'll ever have.

It's as good as your favorite place, and likely better.

“The pizza is great here. The toppings are fresh and the sauce is a favorite of ours. Our toddlers LOVES the bread and oil and vinegar dip. He has been coming here since he was 10 months. The wait staff have always given him 2 or more fresh loaves to take home. He also loves the cheese and pepperonis. This kid knows when we park, he's getting Barraco's. We have mine and his bday dinners here. It will always be a memorable place to my family and the food will not disappoint you. We have only had pizza and the bread. It's our go to for delicious pizza. Thanks Barracos.“

“Durbins is a neighborhood bar located in the Crestwood-Midlothian area. We enjoy Durbins for their kitchen fare. We suggest any of the menu options. We particularly like the pizza. Keep in mind that Mondays are 1/2 price pizza. Great fest, check it out!!“

“Ordered Hula Hawiian pizza. Tried something new. Little Ceasar appears to closed at this time, because window and doors have boards on them. They are open for business. I am sure this issue will be taken care of. There is free parking available. Read the signs in parking lot.“

“In 2017, I picked up my older brother at Midway to come home to the funeral of our youngest brother that committed suicide at 23 yers old. We swung over to Vito and Nick's to get a pizza and talk. It was our first time there. We ended up telling the waitress the situation because we had both been crying. Next thing we know, the kitchen had par-baked like 8 large pizzas of all types, and gave us a hand-written note giving us condolences and instructions on how to finish baking the pizzas. They said they wanted to make sure my family was well-fed in our time of tragedy ❤ And the pizza is INCREDIBLE ❤ SPECIAL, SPECIAL PLACE“

“I don't have pictures because of course we pigged out...this place is the gem they say it is...the food is awesome...they have an eating area. I had the penne bolognaise..my husband the timballo..for give me if I misspelled it..baked spaghetti....the gelato is great...they make their own bread..I bought their homemade sopressata to take home...I am sure I will not be disappointed..I highly recommend it..“
